I’m not a big fan of festivals .. because too much people and hard to really get a grip over the place. Have to queue for everything .. I love to visit place off season.

Saw this program “Samba City” last year – love the music by the way – and they showed this view in that film over the beach and the boats.
Yes at present I guess it is “Carnival time” in Brazil so it is Samba time for all the Brazilians, it is great time to visit Brazil.
