    1. Sure this place is called Jal Mahal, Jal means water and Mahal means palace it means palace under water. this place one of the popular spots. And yes it was built under Rajput regime. these kind of under water construction is very popular in Rajasthan. You will find similar things in Udaipur as well.One thing is sure science was surely developed in that period. Thank you so much.

    I don’t think I have a photo taken of any grand building … not famous.
    The Eiffel Tower, that is it.

  2. My question is: Why would anyone want to build something like that under water? It defies all logic—or, at least, all MY logic, anyway. 🙂
